Loren: The safe came very well packaged from China. It takes two separate actions to retract the bolts, and the master key is always needed. My only complaint is that the safe is very small inside. You will need to fold letter sized documents in half to fit.

Amazon Customer: Other than a tiny little cover that you're supposed to place over the keyhole this is a really nice little safe, and a great little safe for the price you pay. The tiny little cover covers the keyhole, and it's held on with a weak magnet, and I just leave it off. That's the beauty of this little safe, it doesn't matter if you can see the keyhole or not, you're not going to get into the safe. And you can anchor it to the wall or the floor, and they supply the molly-bolts! Nice! It takes two keys to open it – I don't even use the combination, I just use the keys.
