Val TVal T: It takes a lot to impress me enough to write a review about it. I was not paid to review these, I just took a chance on buying them because I am on a keto diet and dying for bread!!!! These arrived the next day after ordering and they looked delicious. (No mold, and sell by date was a very long way off!) I took a picture to show the size in comparison to my Starbucks coffee mug. These are NOT mini bagels like some reviewers have said. They are moist and soft and almost like a regular bagel - although I would not call them “everything bagels”, because there is very little “everything “ in them - not enough to mention IMO, and not a deal breaker. These are a great find! Like I said, they are soft, like a fresh bagel. The taste is not weird like some other bread-like keto products I have tried, but the texture is a little on the dry side even though they are soft. It’s only a little dry, not enough to really matter, I am just being real with my review. I found that you need to add butter, or cream cheese, or avocado, or both! It’s amazing that they have zero net carbs and only 90 calories! How do they do that??? I know it’s the fiber… and there is another thing to add...

kikikiki: Ok literally just got these today. Having seen prior reviews...I am surprised. Mine came just fine, no mold, no issues in packaging. I got the "everything inside"...not sure how much "everything" there is inside as frankly the flavor of "everything" was "nowhere" to be found. I got the merest hint of onion at one point. That was it. The size is more than adequate, and made a good size bagel sandwich once I toasted it. One pic shows the size relative to a 32 oz drink lid. It is about the same size as a real bagel. The texture is spot on, fluffy inside and chewy. It is a bit drier than a non-keto bagel. Be prepared and do not over toast unless planning a bunch of butter [will try that in the morning]. For those of us that just cannot totally give up breads, this is a decent substitute. I can say at only 14 carbs to begin with, even if count all carbs and not net carbs, this is still decent vs a regular bagel with usually over 40 carbs a bagel. You do have to keep in the fridge once you open the package. Oh, and do not whatever you do, dont smell the package as soon as open, it might be part of preservatives used in the air to puff the package to protect the bagels being shipped in...
