DamonDamon: These bagels have been my morning go to for a long time now and have always enjoyed them. Unfortunately over the past few months, the cutting of the bagels have been wildly inconsistent and doesn't seem to be getting better. Sometimes I get a bagel that is cut so badly that there's only a thin bottom piece and a massive top piece. It makes it very difficult to toast.
They really need to check quality control of the cutting of the bagels.
