Connie Alderson: Another fabulously fun read from Jennifer Griffith! I especially enjoyed the sleigh and Clydesdale horses and how they connect to Bing.

Terry Silva: This was such a beautiful story of overcoming loss and gaining self worth. I really needed this book. It helped me tremendously. Bing & Ellery’s love story was beautiful. I fell in love with all of the characters well except the banker lol This is such an amazing story that I think everyone should read. I am so thankful that I ran across this author.

Rocketpopsicles: I bought the 3 book series @ $10 per book (paperback).
While I'm excited to give these as a gift and I'm sure my mom will love them (as we love series that revolve around the same area), they are incredibly small.
The book itself is larger than a normal paperback, and its my fault for not checking the page length, but these are books my mom will finish in a single sitting reading in the evening.
So I don't think the price is reflective of that. But I'm happy to have found a little Christmas series.

Billieski: Jennifer Griffith has provided a wonderful novel, easy to read, and to picture this romantic town at Christmas time. Christmas doesn’t take over the novel, but becomes a minor character-as Ellory, Kit, Lenny and Mom attempt to revitalize Pop’s hotel. Ellory tried to keep her grandfather’s hotel afloat, even taking a loan from the local bank. The hotel should be filled, there’s lots of snow and skiing, yet the Inn was outdated, and the loan got them through the summer season, but only seem to extend the inevitable.
Bing, and his cousins owned a part of there grandparent’s legacy. Bing was the one to manage the business, he had a deep love of horses. They owned a thoroughbred horse farm. Bing was very good at his job, and he bought a beautiful horse, fast and beautiful, Snow White, she had won a number of raises, and soon was to enter the higher level of competition that held races like the Kentucky Department. While preparing her to leave for the race, she broke her leg, and was unable to be saved. Bing was devastated. Back on the farm hopes held for another great race horse, Rose Red, unfortunately Red suffered a fall and broke her leg. She was saved, but would...

PennyPincher: I bought this series in the DOG DAYS of a Texas summer. Thinking about a Christmas winter wonderland as a setting was a badly needed respite from the oppressive heat. After reading the second book, I noticed the author's bio in which it states: "Jennifer Griffith writes light, sweet romances she calls Cotton Candy for the Soul." That alone could have (if only I had seen it) clued me in that this series is well suited for a younger audience. It's not that I like erotic novels because I don't, and I will happily indulge in some cotton candy over erotica every time. However, I prefer to read stories about people who are more mature than any of these characters.
THE GOOD:
An innocent (G-rated) romance between Ellery who is trying desperately to keep her Grandfather's Inn from going under, and Bing, owner of a horse ranch who lands at the above mentioned inn as a vacation to help him cope with the loss of one his beloved horses. I dubbed Bing "Ding", as in DING-BAT. It takes until nearly the end of the book for him to figure out the solution to his dilemma- a solution that was obvious early on. Right about the time Ellery adds the word sleigh to the inn's name, transforming it...
