Dennis: Solid information presented in an easy to understand way. Some of the exercises seem out of place when explaining them, like stretches you do on the go that need to lay on the floor. But good stretches none the less

Keys 2 The Universe 🔑Keys 2 The Universe 🔑: A very helpful and to-the-point text with hundreds of illustrations that can help you throughout the day. Includes so many helpful tif-bits and powerful insight of how we as humans operate physically that you are bound to learn from this, even if you have an educational background in this. Wish I had this book years ago. Would’ve helped me out big time. Excellent gift for both young and elderly, this can always help prevent and/or aid in pain relief if you use this guide right. Highly suggest for anyone who texts on their phone, sits at a desk, commutes to work, has kids or pets, or is a couch potato. Basically all of us Americans.

D. Bailey: Everyone will benefit from suggestions in this terrific book on posture, stretching, starting your day correctly by warming up your muscles, and even on breathing. This book is so good and so essential for good posture, good muscle tone (one of the secrets to good posture), great back health (without pain), good sleep, and great stress alleviation.

The book is filled with clear diagrams and easy to follow instructions for stretches and exercises. The chapters are inspirational and motivating, too. Sometimes it's hard to begin things that are obviously great for us if we've fallen out of these good habits, but this book will get anyone going in the direction of improvement.

Geraldine: I am really enjoying this book! As a person who sits at a PC for long periods at times, I KNOW that exercises to improve posture, health, productivity... are essential. But finding a book that provides easy to understand/implement exercises for the chair-bound PC types isn't easy.

I like the way the material in this book is presented, including exercises geared to: At-Home, At-Work, On The Go....with easy to follow instructions and diagrams too. Ones that I know I would actually use, again and again.

If you are looking for a way to improve your posture, health and life in general with a friendly, easy to follow guide, check this one out. Impressive!

Amazon Customer: This little book has been such a powerful catalyst in changing my posture. I have suffered from back pain for years due to poor posture and I was beginning to feel that there wasn't anything could do. I was wrong! This book broke down, in very simple and concise terms, the myths and facts of good and bad posture. This created a foundation for the rest of the book. The exercises and diagrams expanded upon this newly learned information. I understand how important breath is, and I have much greater appreciation of how interconnected certain muscles are and why if certain muscles are weak or tight they will affect posture. The exercises provided in the book are comprehensive and incredibly simple and effective. This book has changed my life.

I was fortunate to be able to read a review copy, but now that I have the actual book in hand (I pre-ordered 5 to give to friends and patients), I am even more impressed by the presentation. Descriptions of anatomy and exercises are all clearl explained. The illustrations are fantastic and make this book easy to apply for anyone, with or without medical knowledge or bodywork experience. As a medical acupuncturist, I see patients on a daily basis with complaints of pain due to improper posture and and movement habits that merely reinforce their problems. Now, I'll have another tool to use in my efforts to help all those I see on their road to adopting healthy body mechanics and decreasing their pain. Thank you Lora and Nikki!!
