Rick M.: I ordered the book based on a friend's advice about strength training when I began hitting plateaus. I was skeptical, but once reading the book, I quickly realized where my workouts were coming up short, and why I was hitting plateaus. If used properly, it is a powerful addition to anyone's collection to build proper workouts, understanding how and which muscles are being worked while doing specific exercises. Using the book and studying my workout, I was able to change my workout, and make it much better by exchanging exercises, and avoid over working some groups, while neglecting others.

Kindle Customer: This book is easy to read. It is well written and well organized layout. The content is relevant and provides a solid base of knowledge that can be put into practice right away. This book will help teachers cue to proper form and safety and provide some nuggets of interesting tips and facts to throw in to enhance their group classes and individual training. I love the illustrations and straight forward language and layout. This book should be on all new trainers book shelf.

Ruben: Very useful guide to know well all the muscles that you are working on each exercise, a good guide to help you to develop you own gym routine. I have bought this new updated version, I had the same one long time ago but I gave it to a friend. So, now that I am back to the gym I decided to buy it again, no regrets
