Watchman: Truely like the recipes in this book. I also enjoy the added tips when cooking these recipes. You can easy use the recipes to give you a reference to temp and times for closely related foods. I like the wider variety of food choices. Of course like anything else. More pics would be nice but pics drives the price up greatly.
