Salvador Hernandez: The only small thing I dislike is the constant "loading os" or something screen but if this helps prevent the calculator from freezing or not turning on then its fine, since the whole purpose of me buying this one was a previous ti-84 calculator would turn on but stay frozen on the do not show message again screen

Hi712: So glad I upgraded to this from the older style. It’s brighter and easier to read. The multicolor functions on the graphs makes it really easy to quickly view multiple functions at once and evaluate them.
The battery life lasts much longer than I anticipated. The battery lasts about 3-4 weeks per charge with me using it a couple hours a day. Very impressed with that as I was worried about having to constantly charge it.

Matt B.: My hubs bought this for me, as I needed a graphing calculator for school... and BOY, OH BOY! This puppy does it all! It's thin and light weight compared to all of the other TI-calculators I've used/tested. It has the ability to perform advanced Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus I/II/III, and *some* Chemistry and Physics functions. The color/backlighting feature comes in handy when graphing -- you can color-code different functions and the calculator will color-coordinate lines to match what you're doing (easy differentiation!). Have I mentioned the battery?! This calculator holds its charge like a BEAST! It's crazy... I keep the backlighting set moderately high, the thing stays in my backpack, I use it a lot (I'm a Biochem/ChemE student) and honestly, it holds its charge for MONTHS at a time. I was skeptical about the purchase, I read reviews and was on the fence because of the price... But, man... Totally satisfied!

e.c: As a highschool student, this calculator is really helpful. It's thin and lightweight, which is perfect for me as my school does not have lockers. The colored graphics are really helpful too. It made it easier to read graphs with multiple lines. The buttons were placed like the older versions, so I got used to this calculator quite easily. The battery is amazing too, I charged it fully the night I got it and did not recharge for three whole months. It didn't even die before I finally charged it. (Don't worry, it does come with a charger! And a manual booklet too!)
Oh, because the screen lights up, just be ready to have teachers coming up to you thinking that the calculator is a smartphone! That happened to multiple times...once a teacher screamed across the classroom, "(insert my name) put that phone away or else you'll have to get it back from the office!" To which I replied, "it's a calculator" while waving the bright screen in the air from my dark back corner.

Dan F.: I bought it for my granddaughter, she is taking upgrading math at school and she needed to calculator like this one. It was recommended by the teacher. I would not even know how to operate it, I’ll have to get her to show me.
