teacher: My problems with this calculator have been due to operator error! Mathematical instructions accompanied the calculator. It definitely did the job for a college math class.

EngiStudent: This is arguably the best calculator for any engineering student since it has so many modes and functions. While you could use a cruddy 15 dollar scientific calculator, why would you when you can have a nice, sleek and extremely versatile device? You can even program your own programs into the device. Each button is clearly defined with multiple functions, which is excellent, and I also haven’t had to charge the battery for about 3 months now.

tracey: This model is recommended by my son's high school. TI-84 includes graphics function is about 100 dollars, compare to other models which do not have graphics function are about 20 dollars (I have bought one for my son), I feel it is a little bit expensive. But as my son it, it is amazing the math formula turns into a vivid graphic, my son can't help to saying NICE. Now I feel this calculator is valuable.

JaiyaJaiya: When i received my calculator it looked brand new. It didn’t come in the calculator packing, but instead it came with a box with the TI logo and version. The batteries were brand new and weren’t even in the calculator, but instead were still in the plastic they usually come in when you buy something brand new. Overall a good purchase and I hope when i go to use it it works good as well.

Prairie GalPrairie Gal: Bought this for high school student. Unfortunately, it is not returnable even though the package was damaged there was no way to return for refund. Fingers crossed that when the student I gift it to opens their gift - the calculator works despite the damage to package. Buyer beware of electronic purchases - read the fine print on returns.

Misti2014: This scientific calculator is used for school, but it is a little pricey for a student with little money.

Bobbi3993: Exactly what son required for school. Only complaint is the product took a month to arrive, but that was what had been forecasted for delivery. So I knew the delay before ordering. Probably a rush of school orders all at the same time and did not cause any problems on our end.

photographer mama: I ordered this as not having the right calculator was the reason my son gave for not doing his math homework and now he won't talk to me. A few days later he wanted to adopt a dog. Not sure how this is related but still felt like throwing this out there.
