Dana: At the beginning of the pandemic, we needed to send our teams home fast. Most ppl only had 1 USB connector on their laptops but with heads phones and everything needed more. This was a great tool we purchased and sent to our team members to hardwire into their internet AND provide additional adaptors. Since we started using these/providing these to our team members, I have not had any reported issues of slow speeds or issues with connections regarding this tool. I ended up buying the updated version that also has a USB-C adaptor and it works like a gem. I would HIGHLY recommend this item if you are looking to increase your USB's and/or have an ethernet adaptor. There are likely other more sophisticated docking stations but this one is great if you only need these features. Very reliable!

Nitish Agarwal: The Ethernet port worked seamlessly with my Surface Pro 4, without any drop in bandwidth. The USB ports are helpful, but the connection is not always reliable. Built quality is upto the mark.
