Bonelli: I added this to my macaroni salad and it turned out delicious. I wasn’t sure it would be good since it’s canned but it was very tasty. I drained the water just like I would with tuna fish. Mixed it with elbow macaroni, onion, celery, hard boiled egg, mayo and some spices. Mmm good!

JL: I just discovered canned chicken. I’m unable to eat too much tuna (high in purines). This is so similar in taste and texture to canned tuna I couldn’t believe it. I added mayonnaise, and feel I have a new “go to” for sandwiches. I wished I had known about this before. The can does seem to be half water, so after you drain it (like you would tuna), there is a smaller portion left than the can size. Amazon is half the price of the market, but may come with a few dents. I order four and one was dented, but I used it already, so not a big problem. Amazon may want to work on packaging because others also complained about dented cans. I highly recommend this product 👍🏼

Earther: I don't doubt that it was new and fine, but the smell is objectionable to me. For that reason, I couldn't eat the Waldorf chicken salad I made with it without putting it between 2 slices of bread or in rolled-up tortilla. I'd probably buy it again just to save money, which is why I tried it, but I'll try other brands first.
