Calvero: This Swanson Chicken Ala King is such an old favorite, I love it! It went from being available at every market to just the W-mart to being clearanced out in the dollar stores. It was a staple in my pantry for decades then, poof...gone. One day I found it on Amazon at a great price and stocked up. It is a like a creamy chicken soup with nice chunks of white chicken and mushrooms (without the typical Ala king peas). In fact, I eat it like a soup with just a side of toast that I dip in the sauce. Read the label before you buy this and NOTE THE SODIUM!! If you can tolerate the sodium intake, I recommend this for a quick, albeit small, meal.

Consumer 45: Good eats on short of time days! Uses for me includes being a staple in my end of days scenarios! Hard to keep in storage due to being eaten! With rice, it is more than capable of satisfying any hunger pains! Will order again! Packing and delivery excellent! Thanks Amazon!

I always have a case of these on hand, because they are good tasting, go with many different things, and are a good value for the time they save... I usually use a can over rice, along with some grilled (or canned) chicken, and usually some green beans in there too... It's simple and fast, especially if you've already made the rice... So really, this should have an overall rating of 5-stars...
But...... I have ordered 8 cases of this over about 15 months, and I have to say, in every single case there have been 5-7 cans (out of 12) that were dented... And a few of them (in each 12-pack) that were ~surprisingly~ well dented... It's just amazing, to be honest.... So something's off somewhere, in the packaging or the transport, but the product itself is great...

4 cans came dented. They were inside cans so it didn't happen in the shipping.
