BitTwiddler: This is very good grade white chicken breast, cooked, chunked, and technically ready to eat. Tasty. High amount of protein in a serving.
Since the meat is s pre-cooked, try not to overcook it when using it or it will turn into gross flavorless stringy bits. I make a quick soup by cooking 8 oz (225 g) of a rotini pasta in chicken bouillon broth, add a small tin of mixed vegetables as that cooks, then drain the liquid from a can of chicken, mash the chunks with a fork and add to the pot, stir r, turn off heat and serve. Quick chicken noodle soup full of good things and no overcooking the chicken.
I am on a low cholesterol diet and must eat white meat ( chicken or turkey breast, or fish) to keep cholesterol down and get protein into my diet. A can of this excellent chicken breast means a meal in 25 minutes (brown rice rotini takes 5 minutes to boil water and 15 minutes to cook). Buying it here is a good value compared to the store, plus it comes to the door.

William Shaffer: Are you tired of ham and bologna sandwiches for work? yep, it can get a bit humdrum. so i make a very minimalistic "chicken salad" once in a while for a change up. just thrown a drained can of this into a bowl with a bit of mayo, salt and pepper. stir till it meets your level of willingness to accept it as chicken salad. salad it on the bread of your choice and VOILA! a sandwich that ISN'T cold cuts AGAIN. Ok, sure you can take the time to make it much better of course and while this canned chicken has a slew of other uses it makes a passable fast lunch diversion too. Just saying ... Bon appetit
