Karen: I bought this for a friend who just built a brand new home and needed this for his new bathroom shower/tub. First the box it comes in is appealing to the eye. Everything was packaged very nicely and wrapped and separated so nothing will break in the box during shipping. The instructions that came with it were very easy to read and understand. I will get pictures or videos and update this review soon. This is definitely a must have in a new home. The shower part that you stand under is my absolute favorite part as it feels like you’re standing in the rain. Definitely would buy again if I needed this!!

Tamara: UPDATE: I am very pleased to update that Sun-Cleanse has made things right with us. They replaced both the shower arm and the mixer valve in an expedited manner (express shipping from China) and offered and provided additional remedies to make us happy customers. Very impressed with customer service! A bad situation turned around in the customer's favor! Thank you, Sun-Cleanse!
While this shower system is pleasing to the eye, it is total junk. Both the mixer valve and the shower arm leak, even after several attempts to repair: Teflon plumbing tape, plumber's putty, etc.
Finally located contact information, after reading several comments and reviews on Amazon to find a response that included an email address, and emailed SunCleanse about the leaking issues. We had to jump through many hoops, like supplying a video of the leaks. Their first response was to wrap Teflon plumbing tape around the shower arm where it connects to the brass fixture 10 times. When that quick fix did not remedy the leaks, SunCleanse requested a video of the leaking. Once I supplied the video, they wanted additional video and photographs of the mixer valve. Three years post installation the showerheads did develop leaks and began to fall apart. Sofia, Sandy and Lore, customer service, were very helpful in getting these heads replaced. It was a bit of a laborious process but customer service persevered until we were satisfied.
