Jeff Paulson: The hardware for imported stuff like this is often very poor quality, but in this case, the screws were premium quality. They were substantial, long enough to feel safe pulling on, and the heads were properly stamped. My only complaint is that the decorative covers didn't fit well and the paint was a little thin. I ordered two, and one had visible scratches in the paint straight out of the box. Still, a pretty good product.
