Don’t bother paying for expedited shipping if you live on the east coast. Paid for shipping between 9/2-9/7, arrived on the 8th. Packaging was very good. FedEx guys asked for help unloading and packages looked like they were just tossed into the truck, regardless, everything was in good shape when I opened the box. They reinforced the sides of the box with pieces of wood on the interior, A+ on that. I’m 5’1 and 130lbs, needed help brining the package in and getting it out of the box. Assembly was quick and painless. Machine is sleeker looking than most, easy to fold and move around. Bluetooth connection great but speaker is not very loud and I don’t see buttons to increase/decrease volume. Overall, pretty happy with purchase and would recommend.

I purchased this treadmill, and I was satisfied with its performance while it worked. The treadmill itself is somewhat sturdy, provides a smooth running surface, and offers some useful features that greatly enhanced my workouts. However, I am disappointed with the support by the Manufacturer to resolve an issue that most reviewers are having (broken Deck).
Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the treadmill's deck broke while still under warranty. This was unexpected, but I thought the situation would be quickly resolved since I was within the warranty period. Regrettably, Sunny's customer support has been dragging its feet in providing the replacement part they promised.
It has been over a month since the last update on my warranty status, and I was informed that the broken part was on order. However, there is still no estimated time of arrival (ETA). This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating, as it leaves me uncertain about when my treadmill will be fully functional again.
Moreover, when I reached out to Sunny for further assistance, they seemed unwilling to go the extra mile to resolve the issue promptly. This is...

Although I have only had this treadmill for less than 3 hours, I already LOVE it!
Number 1: My treadmill came a whole week early!
Number 2: It was super simple to assemble.
Number 3: It's quiet!
Number 4: It does everything it claims it will do; speeds up/slows down nicely, inclines/declines nicely, the Bluetooth speakers work well, and it has pre-programmed workouts!
Number 5: It had an awesome price tag!
This has totally motivated me to jump start my wanting to get in shape!
Hopefully, I'll remember to update here after a few weeks or months.

I wanted something minimal that also had incline. Other treadmills were too bulky and had too many settings and gadgets that I wasn’t interested in. I couldn’t find an automatic incline treadmill for less than $700 so when stuff started shutting down again due to COVID I panicked and bought this one. I don’t regret it!! It took about 15 minutes to set it up. I spent more time trying to get it in the house and up some stairs. It was HEAVY. It had a tiny tiny dent when I unpacked it but that could have been my fault and also I didn’t care. The directions could have been better but it was a very simple setup. It fits perfectly in my little at-home gym. I’m sure the owners manual says not to put as close to the wall as I did, but I also tripped and hit the wall and it didn’t hurt that bad. My only issue is I have no idea what those red bars are for and it doesn’t have a place to put a water bottle so I had to improvise. I mostly use the treadmill for incline walking while I play my PS4. My roommate uses it for endurance running when the weather is bad.
