Kindle Customer: Superb.
Clear and practical advice that is easy to follow.

I am sorry to see a couple of people giving this less than 5 stars because the author brings words of wisdom from Solomon and that he has faith. I actually feel this is a point of strength not weakness.
We have to be humble enough to realise our limitations as creatures/mortals whilst doing the best within our ability to address our weaknesses.
Many thanks for such an honest and practical read.

max: I stumbled upon it accidentally at the library, and can’t recommend it enough. As a kid, I had a TBI and, among other things, struggled with anger issues most of my life. I thought that my anger was related to the injury. While certain issues are associated with TBIs, the book helped me to realize that my anger has less to do with my injury and more with my ego - pride. I’ve applied what learned in the book and haven’t experienced any anger outbursts in two weeks! I feel free and content, I fell happy.

I usually don’t buy books, but I was so impressed that I bought two copies - one to share 😃

Trinal Colt: Honestly, this is a phenomenal book. I’ve recommended it to a few “angry friends” too. The author really gets into the psychological nature of anger, and it has really helped… until he tells you the final step to being anger free is to trust is “God”. Which is no problem - it’s his book after al - but this should be in the description somewhere at least that it is a religious book.

I think that everyone should read this to gain a better understanding of anger. Sam: This book resonated with me on so many levels. It felt like it had been written for me, to help me. Every paragraph - especially the first half of the book - was relatable, and made a lot of sense.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who feels like that don’t have complete control of their emotions. So refreshing is it that it doesn’t bog you down in techniques to control you anger, but rather dig to find the source.
I highlighted many passages that I will certainly revisit.

Jonathan: Reading Never Get Angry Again: The Foolproof Way to Stay Calm and in Control in Any Conversation or Situation by Dr. David J. Lieberman Ph.D. - or even taking steps to buy it - does not necessarily mean that one has anger management issues. There are definitely days when we all feel angry, upset, depressed, grumpy or just plain mad at our existence in this world. The goal of this book is how to deal with and understand those annoyances in our lives and how to manage stress and petty arguments. To me this book is a quick reminder to take responsibility for my decisions and change how I respond instead of becoming resentful and angry with myself and the people around me, which makes life a lot lighter. This book is written well, in my opinion, and has really helped me understand how to improve my personal life, relationships with others, and how to recognize, embrace, and use my emotions to foster good communication, rather than avoid my emotions or let them control me in some ways. I found the book also entertaining to read, as Dr. Lieberman sites various sources and includes an anecdote here and there. I highly recommend this book to anyone, not just someone suffering from anger...

Angela: I’ve always struggled with staying calm and learning ways to not get angry and stay in control. This book is absolutely an amazing easy read that gives simple and concise techniques and useful strategies to help get through that difficult moment when you are about to blow up. I’ve used the techniques I learned at home woth children spouse and at work when I manage difficult employees. I found this book to change my life tremendously because I was able to apply the techniques instantly. And the best part is that it’s evidence based practice techniques that are backed up by numerous studies so I know what’s I’m using actually works. I highly recommend this book for anyone that is struggling with anger and has a tough time managing emotions during a difficult moment. I am so happy I found this incredible tool that helped me enhance my life and change it for the better.

Traci Nelson: This book is a great read for any adult weather you might feel you have issues with anger or not. It explains on a science level of how feelings and anger work as well as explanations on why one might tend to naturally feel the way they do. The author then offers many different ways to not just avoid these behaviors but an actual way of rewiring your thought paths to actually live a fuller, happier life. And on top of all the useful information, (you'll want to read this more than once), it was an incredibly EASY read that was also easy to understand. Another thing to keep in mind is that throughout the book, all different sources are cited to support the fact presented at hand as to prove this book is not based purely on opinion. I am so glad I purchased this book and I have already recommended it to friends and family.
