Christine Greene: It works. It’s easy to assemble, and I’m visually impaired. It holds paper towels. It does the job. It’s nothing spectacular, just very functional. Because it’s simple stainless steel, I expect it will survive in the bathroom longer than the unit it’s replaced, which was chrome over pot metal; the chrome flaked off and exposed the pot metal. This is much more practical. I’m satisfied.
Someone wrote that the bolt that secures the post to the base doesn’t completely tighten. My experience is that it does, but the post can still be turned with a little pressure, not that there’s any reason to do so. I assume it’s because of the clear, round, paper-thin silicone disk that fits between the bottom of the post and the top of the base. The designer must have wanted to prevent the post from scratching the base. Once it’s all assembled, I don’t see why it matters, but there it is. After a week, everything is still firmly in place, so, to me, case closed.

Yenitza Santiago: Excellent paper towel holder! Stylish and very pretty! Definitely a great but! Well made and easy to put in and pull out paper towel roll. Have it for a while a no rust that’s a plus !!! Very easy to clean and the most important thing is the stainless steel make look really pretty in your kitchen. I definitely recommend this product!!! I’m in love with it. This is a good addition to my stainless steel appliances and kitchen items . No regrets!! 😊
