Larry In Billerica: Best under-counter paper towel holder I've ever had. Just the right tension as you pull the towels off. Attractive as well. I just wish it held up a little longer. I get about 3-4 years out of it before it stop ratcheting or just falls apart. But it's so good I'm willing to replace it once in a while!
