Keith: We purchsed this back in 2020 when remodeling our bathroom. The unit was easy to install, Per our plumber. The shower head is great with multiple settings, same with yhe hand held shower head. We had a small issue with the switch between the fix and hand unit breaking after 3 years. We reached out to the customer service number and received a call back that day. Sofia in customer service was fantastic!!! She took care of get a replacement sent to us yhe very next day. Overall the product is good and customer service was great.
