Rob Drawsky: Bought in September 2022. The product was packaged well, with reasonable instructions, and quality design and materials.

I contacted support via as the brass nipple that attaches to the shower arm and input water had stripped the threads of the shower arm slightly during installation. Customer support was prompt, thorough, and sent a replacement arm that arrived a week or two later.

The only downside of the support incident was that there was a lot of pressure to write a review during the support session, which I declined to do until resolution of my issue.

Overall it was a good purchase, and I like the the shower.

karen: Looks nice in my new shower. And after several showers, I can say both features work great. I wanted the rain-head effect, but needed it wall mounted - it’s perfect. And the hand-held feature has same water pressure, even with its long hose, as the shower head. Quality for $$

Ben: After being presented with many cheap made products on Amazon for so many times, I am really thrilled with this shower system, and I am very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of this product.

First, excellent packing! It provided a brown shipping box to contain the product package box, the system arrived in mint condition. I have to give a 5 start for their professionalism.

Inside the product box, each part is well packaged and protected with cloth bags and cardboard boxes. And each part is well made. Although I have not installed the shower system yet, but I am just satisfied and happy with the product I ordered.

The only thing that I felt less desirable is that the shower valve does not have a plastic housing. If they had added a plastic housing to protect the value, then it would have made this product a perfect choice.

Miss Dany CharetteMiss Dany Charette: Nous avons acheté cet ensemble pour un relooking à peu de frais de notre douche monocoque : l'ancienne robinetterie était en acier inoxydable et démontrait des signes de fatigue/vieillesse, et nous avons jeté les portes pour plutôt installer une tringle avec rideau de douche. Quand nous avons reçu l'ensemble de robinetterie, nous avons constaté la très grande qualité de l'emballage : chaque item était emballé individuellement, soit dans une boite, soit dans un sac protecteur, faisant en sorte que les items ne pouvaient se toucher directement et ainsi s'égratigner mutuellement lors du transport. Un contre-temps nous a empêchés de faire les travaux rapidement à l'arrivée de l'ensemble de robinetterie, je craignais donc que nous dépassions la période où il est possible de retourner l'article et de se faire rembourser si un problème s'était posé. Heureusement, tout a bien été lors de l'installation. Les composantes (pommeau de douche à effet pluie, douchette à main) ne sont pas aussi "lourdes" que celles en quincaillerie, donc peut-être de moins bonne qualité, mais peut-être pas non plus? Le temps nous le dira, mais disons que je ne suis pas inquiète...

DennisDennis: The packing of the article was very good.
The central piece (connecting all pipes) is made out of copper with the sturdiness expected. The same happens with the handheld base that connects to the outlet pipe and handle. The other parts feel normal.
The installation is as easy as it can be expected, having two input pipes (one for cold and one for hot water). and two output pipes (one for the shower and the other for the handheld). It was installed by a professional who made it look easy and we tested it for around one week to ensure we got no water leaks, before getting the ceramic tiles in place.
The description and details are accurate (10 Inch Rain Shower Head, 6-Function Handheld Spray, Prevent Water Hammer, Adjustable Shower Bracket, Extra Long Shower Hose). Please notice that I have not contacted their customer support service, so I have no idea how good or bad that is.
At the moment I've got no water leaks at all, looks good and the only possible minus to mention is the resistance to fingerprints, which I wrongly assumed would also prevent having hard water stains.

HupFam: The media could not be loaded.  As far as “ease of install” No idea. The plumber did everything. But I’m very impressed with the look, feel and function of this set. So far so good. I love it.

IT-GuyIT-Guy: So far I like this faucet, but definitely not perfect.

Here's what I like:
-Overall appears to be a well-made, all-metal faucet.
-The valve function seems solid, with no wiggle.
-The swivel head for the handheld is really solid. It stays put wherever you position it; sometimes this is
loose on others I've had, but this one is perfectly tight.
-The water pressure on the handheld is very strong.
-I like the various settings on the handheld and the mist setting is new to me. Super fine, powerful mist. Not
sure i'll ever use it, but it's kinda cool.

Here's what I don't like:
-The water pressure in the rain head is a little weak, but I guess it's made to simulate a steady, heavy rain
shower.
-This is my wife's gripe: Most (if not all) single-handled shower faucets we've owned have it so that the top
part of the handle points to the Hot or Cold indicator. This one is the reverse - the bottom goes in the
direction of the Hot or Cold indicator.
-My biggest complaint: The diverter is weird. Not intuitive at all. IMO It's not obvious by looking at it where
the water is going to come out when you turn it on. I included pics to...

SueKSueK: I have had quite a few shower heads, hand held and not, and have never really been happy with the water pressure. Spending money to be disappointed over and over again. I read the reviews of this product and took a chance and I have to say that this is the BEST SHOWER HEAD EVER!!! As it is discussed in the previous reviews, we left the washer in and the pressure is nice and strong and comfortable. I cannot imagine how strong it would be without that washer! The shower head is wide that I didn't even feel the need to use the hand held to rinse but when I did, it was really, really nice! Seriously, I cannot say enough it! My husband actually shouted out of the shower with his happiness because he is a tall man with wide shoulders and has had to struggle to get adequate water coverage! This is a Great product!! Great price too!!!

Pat B.: I bought one of these shower heads in the polished chrome version. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my pet washing station but this time I selected the polished nickel finish. I was disappointed to discover that the hose is not 8 feet long but just 6 feet. My mistake for not being more careful with the description but it appears that you are just changing the finish selection but in fact other specifics are changing also. This discrepancy should be made a little clearer. Perhaps there will be other differences that I have not yet discovered. I hope not or I will have to re-rate it.
