SPYPOINT Cellular Adapter for Trail Camera - Universal Compatible

Matt Purvis: These are hit or miss. I have bought 4 and 2 work somewhat. Batteries do not last long. Can't expect alot for the price . But mine have costs 2x as much since only half of them work.

G Hoffman: I bought two of them to make my old cameras into cell cams. Set up was pretty easy. One camera worked great. The 2nd hasn’t seemed to work at all yet so we’ll see

Geo B: My cell link keeps dropping offline. This is very frustrating. I have done everything I know how to do make this work but it is extremely unreliable. It works well for a bit then just when I think its going to be ok its drops service and wont communicate with the app. I think I’m going to return this thing. I’m just sick to death of all this frustration!

Rob from Maryland: I bought this cell adapter because I could not see spending money on a new camera. I have several older cameras that still work great. I have security boxes for them as well which is another expense you should consider if you hunt areas where you have bears that destroy cameras or human bears that like to steal your pictures and start hunting your spot.

The nice thing about this package is that it comes with all you need to get started and is not carrier specific. You can find this adapter cheaper, but it does not include the Micro SD card so make sure you are comparing apples to apples.

This adapter does not give you the same capability that you get with a SPYPOINT camera with built in cellular like others have stated. The image quality is only going to be as good as your base camera. The images are transferred to a server and you can view them through the SPYPOINT app. I found the images good enough for my needs. I mainly hunt whitetail and I just need to see when they are showing up and the spread and antler mass. You can pay for HD pictures downloads, but I don’t see the value unless you are trying to determine which deer to hunt.

Bobby K.: I have two of these and have worked great so far. I have one in a lower section of my property and only has one green light in signal but is sending pictures with no issues.
