Brian & Otis: It works so no more tangled cable.

Alan Roberts: Really does stop the phone cord from tangling, I have an extended handset curly cord and this works great

Fran from Attica: I have the longest cord on my land line phone in my kitchen as we cart it out on the porch as well as into the living room. I have a hard time giving up my land line because when the power goes out, my phone still works. No batteries needed! In any case, without this device, my phone cord gets all tangled up. I no longer have patience to untangle it!

Abraham M: en los aparatos que si entra funciona muy bien, pero hay algunos modelos de teléfono donde no alcanza a entrar el plug

LeariWavan: Needed to replace the cord on our land line and thought about this little gadget. Looks Good

Agent Squirrel: Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I connected this to my Cisco work phone today and did not have to do anything else. Before, by about mid-day, the cord was so tangled that I would go to pick up the headset and the phone would come with it. Was driving me nuts. I wasn't even sure they still made these things and was glad to see it on Amazon.

I will say that it did not fit into the headset like it shows on the box but instead I was able to connect it directly to the phone. Not once did I notice the cord becoming tangled like it usually does for me.

For those of us still using landline phones, this is a life saver. Easy to install.

Maria MontiMaria Monti: This little contraption is great. This spins so that the cord does not tangle. You attach it to end of the phone and then plug the untangled cord to the handle of the phone.
I am an Executive Assistant and was getting frustrated with my cord always getting tangled. I use my phone 80% of the time to make and answer calls. So I figured I would get this affordable combination of useful handset cord and Very important for my job and it makes me more productive and more efficient with not constantly having to fix a cord. Does not affect the sound. People at the other end of the line hear me clearly and I hear whomever I am speaking to very clearly as well. It fit perfectly on my Avaya office phone. Great buy!

Mr. E.: These are really useful little items, especially if you use a slightly longer cord on your handset. Basically, they are just a swivel, that lets the cord un-twist so it doesn't tangle or bunch up. (Carrying a telephone voice signal across a swiveling electrical connection is a pretty good trick, engineering-wise.) Most people are using cordless phones these days, but a corded handset still has some real advantages: If you want to use an in-line amplifier - good for the hard-of-hearing, or for those working in noisy environments - you need a corded handset. If you have lots of power outages, old-school corded phones run on phone line power, and will keep working when the electric outlet the cordless phone base station is plugged into goes dead. And, of course, a corded handset never runs out of charge, or gets lost behind the couch cushions - a useful feature around small children or forgetful older adults.

Yoli: After reading the reviews I was really excited about this purchase. We have 12 phones in our office and are tired of replacing phone cords due to kinks/knots that form over time. Our staff are heavy phone users so we were in desperate need of this device. We placed an order for 3 to test them out before ordering more to cover all of our phones. Of the 3 we received, one did not work right out of the package so we trashed it rather than send it back. We hooked up the other two and they seemed to work fine for a day or two but then the staff began to complain about static. We realized the static was being caused by the detanglers. Over time the static became worse which rendered the product completely unusable. In addition to the static, sometimes when our staff answered the phone, they couldn't hear anyone, all sound would go out. This product may work fine for light phone use but it didn't work at all for us, complete waste of money.
