Amazon customer: I work at an extremely busy school office. I seem to have a phone attached to my ear for 8 hours straight. I hate, really hate it when the cord gets twisted while using the phone! The cord gets tangled and shortened. This little plug was easy to install, keeps the cord from tangling and stays neat. It's doing its job just fine. Get one of this things if you work in an office.

cord has stretch out and lost its spring within months. The plastic cover is stretched out from its connection exposing wires and am losing signal when using the phone. I have to hold the cord in place for it to work and just purchased in April.

After 2 weeks the sound quality is completely unusable - works great in short term but absolutely does not last, don’t waste your money on this one, invest in a better quality one
