Tony!: After reading some of the reviews, I was prepared in case needed to use an additional small length of phone cable in case the send & receive were flipped by this adapter and I needed to use two in order to flip it back the way it should be.
Turned out all worked just fine with one of these inline coupler and the single additional length of phone cable I needed to get the reach to the wall outlet as I needed.
