chimfamily: We're very amused by how it works so well. This nearly works like a massage chair. We considered to by a massage chair, but none of it has a satisfying foot massage feature.(Most of them have a pump, instead of a real rolling massage function). So, we decided to get this one for neck and back massage. WOW. What an eye-opening quality! I control the angle, for the neck and back and the strength is just perfect. As a massage&spa love couple, this is good enough.

Jessica: I used a massage pad at my dads recently and thought, hey I really should buy something like this for myself! So off to Amazon I go lol and after a ton of research, this one seemed to be well reviewed and good quality. The quality is definitely there but this didn't work for me for a few reasons. One, the neck part definitely doesn't come close to hitting my neck. I'm 5'5" and I think this would be better suited for someone 5'9" and up. The heat is very minimal, dare I say close to non existent? I didn't see anyone else mention that and maybe mine is faulty but for $200 that's a shame if that's the case. And lastly, the shiatsu setting is the better massage but damn does it hurt. I tried to play around with the control to see what I could do to adjust things and make it more comfortable but after the second or third use it just started to hurt which is the opposite of the experience I want from a massage pad. This could be great for taller people who prefer a deeper tissue massage but didn't work for me. Bummer.

Kelly: Works well. Massage could be deeper in lower back. I turn it upside down and lie on it to use the neck massager for a really deep low back massage.

Dawn: Let me start by saying, I have to be impressed to write a review and this massager has impressed me. I love that it’s adjustable to fit my body so it’s very comfortable. The heat, massage, and the options to change it to a rolling or shiatsu massage are great. It would have gotten 5 stars but this one has a squeak in one of the rollers in the neck which is awful since my ear is right there. I will send this one back for an exchange and hopefully the replacement does not squeak.

KT3734: I bought this as an open box so got a great deal. It came in perfect condition. I put it on my lazy boy chair and it's like an expensive massage chair. My muscles feel great. I don't use the neck shiatsu option very much because it's a little too much pressure for me, but I love the back massage. I like to use the back spot massage when I have sore spots and I can really feel it working out the knots in my back. I love the heat and vibration as well. You can take the velcro cover off for a deeper massage. My only small complaint is that the velcro seems to be coming loose. Overall it's a cheap alternative to an expensive massage chair and it does a good job. Very relaxing after a long day.

Dave Scott: This back massager is very comfortable to use. I like that it massages different areas of my back. You can move the neck massager up or down depending on your height. You can also use the neck massager independently from the upper and lower back massagers. The whole back heats up (warm) not just the massage balls . And they don’t feel as hard as some of the other brands that have hard plastic balls. I will still use a towel for a while over it until my muscles get used to the massage. I also like that you can remove the neck massage cover to wash it. All in all I am happy with my new massager. Only used it a couple of times but already my muscles feel less tense. I tried a couple of other massagers that cost less but this one works by far the best for me.

MT: I bought this as a gift for my dad (and me)
Originally I was looking at another brand but the price keep increasing because I didn’t move fast enough so I went with this. Easy to setup and perfect for our height 5’-5’4”. The shiatsu is nice and strong. There is an option for rolling but I don’t really feel it. The neck massage feels great. There was a card to increase the warranty from 1 to 3 years for free and they responded right away. Highly recommend.

Naya: So i purchased this product after reviewing a few online even tho it was a bit more than i initially wanted to spend. Why? Great question! It had everything i wanted 1) Shiatsu massage 2) varying levels of body contact Full/Upper/Low 3) heat 4) ease of mobility from couch, armchair, to kitchen chair 5) neck massager.

I've been having lumbar issues the past 2 months and wasn't able to get out for treatment. The Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat was purchased with this in mind. I was using my knuckles to press hard against my lower back while sitting on my kitchen chair with some positive results, but knew i needed, or should i say kneaded, more than that simple technique. It's also why i decided on taking the risk of purchasing a more expensive product. My vibrating/heating pads also weren't enough and one started to die, at least the noise the little vibrating engine was making sounded like a death knell ringing it's impending, well, death.
