Jean M. Higgins: Easy to use and really gives my back a good stretch. I watched videos from a competitor product and have improved my club head speed. I can't credit it with improving my swing but that is a work in progress and everything helps. I do think it helps me with the timing for my driver. I plan to use this a few times a week through the winter to keep my swing in shape. I also plan to putt in the house but that hasn't happened yet.
