Amazon Customer: Bombs away!

I purchased the super speed golf training system two weeks ago. Product is delivered as advertised and quality of the clubs are good. Limited instructions but a QR code is included and a link to a base level instruction video is included. It was enough to get me going.

I use the clubs in conjunction with my regular training program and it really has added a new dimension to my winter training. I like what I feel so far although swinging from my opposite side is strange. Otherwise, what is noticed is that i am really rotating at another level. It feels good.

I have not tested my swing speeds but I feel confident that my swing speeds have increased and my core rotation has improved. Also, the program has added some fun into my winter training program. So far so good. I recommend this product for more serious golfers.

Sam W: When I bought the SuperSpeed set, I was confident I was going to get at least a few mph in clubhead over a month or two. I'm 31/M, 165lb, and have always swung within my abilities, and perhaps, too easy. I've never been one to kill the ball, because even with an easy, smooth swing, I'm still good for 1-2 thin shots and 1-2 chunked shots per round (14 hcp at start of 2021, 11 hcp in May). To track my progress, I have a Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor that I take with me to the driving range to capture data. Here's the progress after 3 weeks:

Before training (Clubhead Speed) -
9i: 74 mph (119 yard carry)
7i: 79 mph (138 yard carry)
3H: 84 mph (170 yard carry)

3 Weeks In -
9i: 80 mph (132 yard carry, 1.19 smash factor vs 1.28 for pro's, 24° launch angle vs 16.3° for pro's)
7i: 85 mph (152 yard carry, 1.27 SF vs 1.33 for pro's, 20° LA vs 16° for pro's)
3H: 89 mph (181 yard carry, 1.39 SF vs 1.46 for pro's, 11.6° LA vs 10.2° for pro's NOTE: I had some unintended stinger hooks that lowered my carry and launch angle, regular average was 13°)

I did take a couple swing with my 4H and truly maxed out my swing and managed to carry one ball 190...

Bob W: Heard about these from a friend, gave it a shot. Had lost some speed in the past few years so started doing this early this spring. Golf is a whole new game now. When I started using the swing speed my max green swing was 111mph. Last week I hit 129mph on my last swing with the green. I estimate I've used it maybe 10 or a dozen times so far. Trying to do it minimum twice a week(weather wasn't great so couldn't do it daily as doing it in the garage didn't work well for me). I've not even past the beginner protocol and I've seen such a huge difference, I'm excited to see what the next protocol(s) might do to get me even more speed.

My typical driver is anywhere from 112-114 on the range now(wasn't much over 100 before if at all) and its given me a whole new outlook on golf for the season. I'm hitting drivers at minimum 30 yards longer than before and have hit many over 300, and some well beyond that with wind and elevation factors where that just wasn't possible before.

I have done it before a round and have also done it before workouts, doesn't seem to affect me as far as when I do it. I usually swing the lightest(green) club on the range before a round too to get the...
