Balight Golf Swing Trainer: Improve Strength, Grip, Tempo, and Flexibility with this Training Suit

Herman Chin: I had this for a few months and honestly wanted it to work. I swung it in my backyard, watched the videos, i guess it just wasn't for me. The range sessions with swing adjustments & experimentation were much more helpful. I want to say this helped my game, but I don't think it did. It is a bit heavy though, so maybe it can help train you to swing harder?

Luis S.: This stick helps you get a rhythm when warming up. It is a great stretching tool and since it is heavy, your driver will feel like a feather. I use it every round prior to hitting ball on the range and on the first tee.

jar_head_19: the orange whip is better all around but 3x the price. this does the job just fine for warming up. the handle is a little too flexy and grip was kinda chincy so i took it off to find a standard grip is way too big. had to use like 15 layers of tape to make a golf pride grip fit but it’s much better now with it. overall i think this is worth the cost.

LEFTY: One reviewer stated that this is only useful as a warmup aide....and will not help a poor swing...I disagree. One of the most common swing flaws is overly quick tempo, and out of synch swing fundamentals. I'm not claiming that this wil magically fix a seriously flawed swing...but for an average golfer that knows how to swing the club, but like most of us struggles from time to time....I think it can be a big help. This helped with my tempo, coming over the top...and proper timing/sync of hip rotation with upper body. If you dedicate a few minutes swinging hard 10 to 20 times every day......it can help increase your swing speed.

Sean The Shopper: Very useful tool to strengthen your muscles on regular basis; and very helpful to loosen up your muscles before you play in the course. You don’t need to swing very hard; just slowly to develop your tempo/rhythm. A little bit heavy for ladies but you would get used to it and find your golf clubs much light after you swing the trainer a dozen times. You would get a very nice feeling on the real clubs. Would recommend it.
