T Bryant: Not impressed at all. After the expense of a plumber and electrician regretting my purchase. Live in a one bedroom/one bathroom house. Water comes out less than luke warm, even when set at highest temperature. Will be returning.

Tania Obelar: We're already seeing a drop in the electricity bill, even with people visiting for 10 days.
Temperature is stable and very easy to adjust on the touch panel. I went for this model because it was made in the US and offered the highest energy efficiency. Also the installation was more manageable given the required two 30 amp breakers and wire gauge.
UPDATE: After a year of use, our electricity bill dropped about 60% in winter and 30% in summer, for reference, we used to have a relatively new standard 50 gallon electric tank.

Astrid: It arrived a day earlier than expected and my contractor friend had it up and running in a few hours. I love the non metal heating concept and it doesn't disappoint. Washer and shower running hot water at the same time with just minor water flow adjustment. Yes, I am very happy and the Sio14 is all I hoped it to be.
My friend the contractor stated he would start recommending the Sio14 & 18 to future customers.
5 stars well deserved for distributor & manufacturer!
UPDATE: Still very happy with the unit. Works great, efficient and perfect for my small household.
If you are installing for a larger household, I would suggest a larger unit or two of the Sio14 units.
For me, still one of the best, cost efficient home improvement decisions made!
