Debbie: Definitely powerful. I only used it on the lowest setting and could still feel it in the room around the corner! I put it in my living room but it was too much to have it blowing directly at me all night. Cooled the room off in seconds though.

Kyle: I'm used to 12" fans. This one on it's lowest setting moves more air than my old fan on it's highest setting. It's louder as well. Feels well built, nice and solid, not flimsy. On the lowest setting, the motor stays cool, even when it's been running non-stop all day.

Krista Dalton: First speed on this fan is like 3rd speed on my old one! Love it! I was hoping for a fan that could potentially Mary Poppins me to work and I found it lol.

It's also a standard amount of noise for a fan. Doesn't sound like a jet engine like some of those smaller plastic ones.

I definitely recommend this fan!

Tigger and Kit Kat: I have this in a small garage converted to dog kennels. It has a window airconditioner but I wanted something that would circulate the air. This fan is awesome! I set it up off the floor, not far from the airconditioner. It does an excellent job of pulling the air and circulating it to the other end of the kennel. I mainly used it on the low setting. It will blow your hair off...lol. It is loud, but that wasn't a problem. It ran constantly. I checked the heat of the motor every time I went in to clean and feed and let dogs out for a bit. It never over heated. I did have on medium on the very hot humid days but between it and the small airconditioner it stayed a constant 68 degrees. It is easy to move and adjust, it does have a small metal handle to pick it up with. I did put an appliance extension cord on it as the cord didn't quite reach the outlet. It ran fine. Awesome job for continuous running all summer! Highly recommend.

scott smith: all made of metal, i have had so many fans made of plastic. this is all metal, it will be around for years. balanced and very quiet. three settings .. slow, medium, high. with a easy to use switch. i love it ! like old timey products from the olden days . nothing to break. its all metal !! you will see this in the antique store in 2067!! it has a nice sound in your bedroom to help you sleep and keep the air moving. it does not make things vibrate, like i said its balanced very well. i have it on low setting. if you put it on med or high. it will blow your hair back !! BEST FAN EVER !! thanx guys.. you made my fans dreams come true !!

Deborah G.: I am so glad that I bought this fan before the heat wave, that is otherwise simply known as 'July', kicked in, making my loft unbearably hot. This makes that space more comfortable, although a bigger fan would have been even better at tackling that monumental summer task. This is a sturdy, well-made fan, that is small but powerful. It does what it is supposed to do well, and the noise isn't extreme but you can definitely hear it running. It just sounds like fans I grew up taking naps in front of, when I was growing up in the South, that is a soothing, humming-type noise, that frankly makes me want to take a nap now when I hear that hypnotic hum. It is not a grating sound, or obnoxious sound, at all. You can hear it though. It is a machine after all, and I don't know of any that are without any sound when they run. This company seems to make quality products, based on this little fan, that is really getting a work out in this relentless seasonal heat where there is just not a milder day forecast anytime soon. I would be much worse off right now if I hadn't bought this fan when I did.
