I bought an Instapot several months ago, but I didn't really know "how" to use it. This cookbook is great because it has so many different kinds of recipes that allow the cook to put together simple ingredients and finish cooking them in 30 to 60 minutes. This is a boon for anyone who works, but wants to know and control the quality of what they are eating. No more standing in the kitchen minding a pot on and off for hours, stirring, etc. Just put your ingredients in, select the right program (i.e., rice, beans, etc.) and go. It's done by the time you finish the rest of the meal by making a salad or other starter. Shipped quickly, was well packed, and is as described. Big enough print that I don't have to squint to read it. Highly recommend.

There are few basic foods & everyday meal recipes in this book. Lots of unusual meals & ingredients....some cheeses I never even heard of. Maybe other parts of the country cook this way everyday. I'm disappointed that I will use very few of the 800 recipes. At first glance, I marked 33 of the 800 that I think I will use or try even though they aren't familiar meals. I am an experienced cook who makes everything from New England Clam Chowder to Cajun Crawfish Etouffe & Gumbo to Beef Tenderloin & Meatloaf so my lack of joy with this cookbook is not due to inexperience. Very disappointed as I wanted a great reference cookbook for my Instant Pot.

I gave this only 4 stars because I not a experienced cook that is willing to try something new. Nor do I have half of the ingredients in my kitchen at any time that this book includes in recipes. Book will written and easy to understand. Not a lot of pictures to show, but is complete on how to do each recipe. So if you are an avid cook in the kitchen then you wont be disappointed. Enjoy some new ideas for dinner.

El contenido del libro es muy amplio, las explicaciones son precisas. Si eres nuevo en la cocina te servirá para comenzar, presenta detalles sencillos y precisos. Así mismo el gran contenido esta bien estructurado, por secciones de receta, por ejemplo: Comida del mar; pastas y arroces; vegetariana y vegana; y otras 8 secciones.
Seguramente encontraras algunos de tus platos favoritos. Me gusta el libro y recomiendo maridar muchos de estos platos con una buena cerveza artesanal o un vino de buena calidad.
Yo he disfrutado el contenido y manos a la obra.
