Martina Carey: I bought this for the kids this summer ended up playing myself for a few days before they ever joined me lol. Was a bit of a assembly task and installation but I am a complete novice and got it in one shot easy so anyone can do it. Just make sure you install it to something sturdy especially if you lower it for dunking.
Love the hoop its sturdy AS hell and works perfect.

Randy: Thanks. We look forward to many years of basketball playing with this wall mounted basketball hoop and backboard. The directions were clear and easy to understand with pictures and instructions. Love the size of the backboard and the ability to adjust to different heights will be so fun for our grandchildren. Took just over two hours after reinforcing the wall mount area and getting a few items to do that. Look forward to playing ball with our grandkids. (Finished after dark so no chance to shoot around last night.)

Lonch: The last two hoops I installed on the garage did not last. Either bend supports or rim would hang down after time from normal use. Not this one! Not only is it very sturdy (remember this is not made like the ones used in the NBA), but it is easy to adjust the height from 10' to about 7'-8". My teenage son loves it because he can lower it and dunk with his friends and not have to worry about damaging it. For a driveway basketball hoop this is the best for the money. Don't try and save $50 - $80 and get one that will not last. Also impressed by the company, after registering this product they actually sent me a free replacement net just for registering the product.

Birdman: Pros: Easy assembly, nice appearance. Cons: a bit pricey, good be made more heavy duty. Undersized frame (imo) and backboard could be a a bit thicker. Very functional with good quality hoop.

My Amazon experience was an awful nightmare.
The item was sitting at the fulfillment center and for some reason took over 3 months to ship.
They said I needed to cancel my order and then re-order in order for it to be processed.
This happened twice.
There was a broken link between the Amazon customer service and the fulfillment center.
I never received any updates, and if I hadn't called over and over again - it would still be sitting at the Amazon fulfillment center today. What a big waste of my time!!!
