Aquila Ann: Bought to help with metatarsalgia. Four days of wear and definitely helping. The gel pads instantly felt like they were taking the pressure off painful area

J F Russell: I didn't like it much and found it didn't actually use it. I guess it's ok for what it is and will serve the purpose but I didn't like it curled around a toe and it felt in the way..

Deecee: These would be very comfortable if only they would stay put - but unfortunately on me they don't. After only a minute of walking, they slide out of place and don't cushion the balls of my feet. The toe loop is so stretchy that it allows the pads to move around too much. I even tried taping them to my feet with sticking plaster but they even escaped from that within a few minutes. I am still hoping to find a successful method, I might try putting a length of tubigrip over them next, fingers crossed.

Michael T.: These are great. After being diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma, I needed to find a simple solution to the nagging pain. These pads are just the answer. I was using another pad but it was some what of a hassle to use. I would have to tape the pad to the bottom of my foot to keep it in place. After a while, I cut a hole in an end of the pad and slipped my toe into it. While this worked quite well, it was not necessarily comfortable. I was always aware of it's presence on my toe. The Silipos Pad removed the minor discomfort with it's engineered toe ring. It is not uncomfortable and it is easy to use. I could see where some people would have difficulty using the pad based upon the size of their foot and toes. Small, medium, large, extra large would probably be the solution. Perhaps that will happen in the future

Ms. J. M. Glindon: This cushion helps to prevent pain but doesn't help much when my foot hurts. The elastic loop is a bit big and I struggle to get it all in the right position but I'd rather have it than not so overall a good purchase.

Emma: I found toe loops to big so put over my second and third toe, fitted a bit better as they had moved about in shoes as I want to use them to protect my foot when driving and they managed to get twisted and ended up with cramp in my toe! However I do find them comfy in my slippers at home if I just need some extra comfort sometimes

User2: I use lots of forefoot pads. I ordered these because they look like they provide more coverage than most, which i wanted. I did like the size and coverage. Like other reviewers, i thought the toe rings were useless, but i just cut them off, so that was not a problem for me. However, i disliked these pads so much i won't use them, due to the following issues:
1)All the other gel pads i've used are firm. These are so spongey that my foot moves around when wearing them. This was uncomfortable for my feet and also bothered my knee - i have an old injury and if my feet twist or slide at all when i step down, the knee becomes irritated. That was the case with these pads.
2)All of the other pads i've used come with adhesive OR can easily be stuck to my shoe with two-sided tape. However, the surface of these pads is so slick they wont stick with two-sided tape. (I didn't try shoe cement, since they were uncomfortable anyway.)
So, this purchase was a complete waste of money for me and i wish i had not bought them.

J. R. Andersen: I've used these for awhile now, and they provided partial relief for Morton's Neuroma for me. Worked better when combined with sole inserts with arch support. I discovered something recently that... um... might seem a bit strange at first, but has worked better for me than anything I've tried so far, so I figured I'd share it here. Try to keep an open mind.

It's a little embarrassing, but one evening when my feet were hurting, and the pads and inserts and loose footwear didn't seem to be doing the job, I started looking around my place for something that'd help. I'd tried various methods of toe separation in combination with pads and such. Then I saw this *ahem* silicone cock-ring I'd had sitting around in my nightstand drawer.

That I had one is neither here nor there. Anyway, I decided to try putting that on my middle toe, since it seemed to have the characteristics I thought would help. Well, it worked. Remarkably well, in fact. It functioned as a toe separator that didn't push my toes apart, just kept them from compressing while having some give. As it encircles the toe entirely it also functions as a metatarsal pad that only has to lift the one foot-bone that was...

mld: I had sesamoiditis for 4 weeks that wasn't going away. I changed two things, I stopped working out and I got these metatarsal pads. After one day of wearing this pad my pain improved. Two days and it improved more. I have now taken a week off of my regular workout routine (no running or martial arts, only bike riding and weights) and worn these pads every day in my comfy tennis shoes and it feels like my sesamoiditis is gone! Yea!! I'm going to keep wearing this for another week or more. There is only one problem with these, the toe ring does hurt your toe by the end of the day, but the good news is when you take it off the pain goes away. After a few days of dealing with the toe pain I decided to cut the toe loop off. This worked great, you just have to wear it under a tight pair of socks and it stays in place. This thing has really helped my foot heal!!

SolMan636: I have metatarsalgia on both feet. I tried the Silipos for walking and running. For me the orthotic felt like it was made to pad the metatarsal area instead of supporting the arch just behind it which I think works better. The Silipos did seem to help alleviate pain of walking or running, but after a couple of runs the pad tore. This would be too expensive to purchase for regular use if the normal life is so limited, and although somewhat effective there may be better options. The little ring that fits around the toe also tugged at my toe in an uncomfortable way. I purchased some other pads at Walmart that worked better, but I am still looking for one that is easier to use.
