Karen: The price on these is much better then the name brand ones but these are meant to go on the foot not the shoe. This means you go through them quickly. I put them in my shoe because that is what I am used to and how the better more expensive ones are used, but the adhesive isn't good enough to keep them there for long since it is meant for a one time use on the foot. They are nearly impossible to peel, I've had other folks try to see if it is just me, but everyone had trouble...very frustrating.

CLB: These work okay. Wish they were thicker, I have to use 2 each time. It is also hard to get it in the right spot.

Jules: Once I can get the paper off these are great. But half of the pads in the box take the wool felt up with them when you try to peel the paper off. Put a tab on these for easier peeling.

Gin: The pads are nice quality and stick well. I found them comfortable to wear in shoes. So far (in winter), they have not picked up an odor after a few days. In the two weeks I've tried them, I do believe these pads seem to offer some measure of relief from my neuroma.
There are two reasons why I am not giving this product five stars. First, as others have mentioned, the adhesive liner is hard to separate from the pad. Ideally, there would be a tab to pull. Second, I was expecting more instructions on placing the pad. There is a tiny diagram included, but I looked for a video elsewhere to help with placing the pads properly.
