Stephanie Martin: I highly recommend these inserts. They will not solve your plantar fasciitis but they help cradle your heal and make walking less painful. They really work!! I was given some by my foot Dr and I bought a second pair so I didn’t have to switch them around as much.

Betty Ann: I have a heel spur, my Doctor at Kaiser gave me a pair of these! I was charged $5.00 I also had a corizone shot on my heel , out of pain in 3 days! But these heel inserts seem to also be helping! So I wanted another pair for other shoes , about 6 months ago I find them here for $29.00 , and now They are $39.00 and My son having problems with his heels so I paid the extra $10.00 really mad at myself! They need to bring down the price! Don’t know yet if they going to help my son! So unhappy about the price , need to check with Kaiser to see if they can give me another pair!

Sailor1Sailor1: It took me three tries from different vendors, but these are the same as the cups I received from my orthopedic doctor’s office. Nothing sticky on the bottom, like with the cheaper off brands (not needed, they stay in place on their own). These make such a difference with my plantar fasciitis. I can’t walk as long without these, & even wear them with my orthotics for extra cushion. I’m a women’s size 9 1/2. The S/M were too small, so I bought the L/XL as well. Maybe the smaller size would work for a narrow heel or shoe, but L/XL worked best for me (see size difference in photos). These can easily be rinsed & switched out with any shoe & hold up well over time, so the value is really good.

Amazon Customer: Wanted something to protect the back of my heel from chafing against the boot. These don't really cover that area the way the picture makes it seem. More like a half gel in sole or heel lift. Mainly just for the bottom of your heel. Also too thick to comfortably walk on. Makes your heel slide back and forth. Ended up throwing them away.

JAVIER DE LA HOZ: Si lo que buscas es un poco de amortiguación en el talón son perfectas, se adhieren al zapato y no se mueven al andar, eso sí, producen la sensación de llevar más tacón de lo normal. Por otro lado, tengan claro no están a la altura que pueda estar una plantilla hecha por el podólogo.
La relación calidad precio es inmejorable.

cysema: après 6 mois d'utilisation quotidienne, elles sont toujours parfaites si bien que j'ai commandé un 2eme jeu pour ne pas avoir à faire le va-et-vient dans mes chaussures. Elles tiennent bien en place et ne s'usent pas rapidement. J'en suis extrêmement satisfaite.
