Susan GuthrieSusan Guthrie: In certain shoe brands, I sometimes have to get a half size up or find that they run just a tiny bit too big but I can’t get the size down because it’s too small. These little heel inserts are great for making them fit. They add just that little bit of volume in the back that keeps the back end of the shoe from slipping off when you walk. They are also padded, so they are quite comfortable.
