Bureaucrat on a budget: I love the thickness, and I've used them in heels, doc marten's, and flats. I have normal feet, but the backs of my ankles are very narrow, and my feet always slip out of shoes. These work great and solve the problem, both with and without socks. And they don't roll off! Good adhesive.

Tartartaglia: Thanks to this I can now wear a shoe 2 sizes up! Had to use two of the stickies but they stick very well even when I stick them on top of each other. But be careful when you put on your shoes, you still have to hold a finger against it so it doesn't fall off when you insert your foot (which can rub against it).

taylor: Other types I have tried do not work with orthotics but these are perfect. Have to nuts dice up as one foot is bigger than the other and these are a perfect solution to keeping shoe on smaller foot comfortable. Have tried other types that did nit solve both of these issues. TIP: before peeling off adhesive I mold them to the shape of the shoe to make it easier to apply with my arthritic hands.

Sandy: Like most, I have one foot a tad bigger than the other. It's never been a issue because I've always worn sandles or lace up shoes. But, recently I purchased a pair of flats and that's when I discovered the different size foot issue. One shoe fit while the other shoe would flop off my heel. So I thought I'd give these a try! Honestly using just one in the shorter foot didn't quite solve the problem so I added a second one and put one in the shoe that fit for comfort! PERFECTION! It's really important to allow the adhesive a chance to bond especially the one I put one on one. So I put a few small sturdy clips on to hold in place, ran the hair dryer on it for a couple minutes and let sit for an hour. They've held up well for months even in hot humide weather!
