Ronald W. Hutcherson: High price for a pair of three slices of sponge rubber covered by faux leather. Sticky glue awkward to peel through to make a two-layer lift. Scant on the market to choose from. I probably will buy more but not with great enthusiasm.

judy johnson: The lifts hold up very well. They can be adjusted to the height you need. They are very comfortable to wear in your shoe. One of my legs is shorter than the other. I've reordered a couple if times! Yes! I would recommend them!

Shiawana Turner: I have achilles tendonitis and bursitis and needed a heel lift to relieve pain and purchased this product based on the reviews. The option to peel off an eighth of the lifts is very convenient, however, the soft material seems to break down fairly quickly. These were a great choice at the time of purchase, but I feel like I need heel lifts with a bit more sturdy material.

Amazon Customer: I broke my leg last year and since then my muscles and tendons feel consistently tight. Recently I suffered a muscle tear while walking. I've tried physio, stretching exercises, etc... but it always feels right. My sister suggested these heel lifts and I thought I'd give them a try. I wore them for the first time yesterday and already I was able to walk around without that horrible stretching feeling in my calf. Highly recommend.. am grateful !

Irene from Montreal: I have bought many different heel lifts and this one is most comfortable. I need this as I have one leg shorter than the other due to a hip operation. I needed to wear 2 of these in one shoe and now after physio I am using only one. Worth the money.
