Grace S.: Initially the treadmill arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I love the convenience of the fold up feature and the price was right. After a few months, I began to have issues with the belt sticking. I was able to rule out a belt/lubrication issue, so I followed up with customer service. They responded quickly, concisely and with care first offering to pay for a professional to evaluate it. Having had looked at by an electrician friend already, they then offered to send a replacement. They even invited my input on a suitable replacement. By the time a replacement was agreed upon, they had the treadmill delivered within 48 hours. I was touched and impressed by the courtesy, care and assistance the customer support team offered to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend buying from them based on their top notch customer service communication, but also their quality products.

Umair: Just assembled. Good so far. I’ll update after a few days of use.

Update after 1 month use:

Have been using it for a month. It is good and compact. I see the side handles disturb a lot while you walk. Also, I couldn't connect one screw in the front no matter what. The board touches the side railing when folded. The performance of the treadmill is up to the mark.

Update 2:

It looks like the speed of the machine is having issues now. I increase the speed to 4 or even 5MPH and it still feels slow (about 2.5MPH). No matter what I do, the speed doesn't increase.

Secondly, the belt slips to the sides too often and it's a hassle to adjust it every now and then.
Third, feels like tripping occassionally. I tried applying lubricant and adjusting belt tension and it still feels the same.

Angela: Super excited to have received my treadmill :)
It was easy to assemble and it's very light for a treadmill, I was able to move it around all by myself. I think it's about 50 to 60 lb it said. It has a nice hydraulic pump so it folds into the upright position very smoothly and you just kick the stand for it to slowly drop on its own. It's smaller than a normal treadmill but it's not too small it's just the right size!

Vivian Gendernalik: Took two times ordering to actually end up with a workable one, as the first one was not fit to be delivered and amazon's set-up delivery service noticed me the item was not deliverable and had sent it back themselves to the manufacturer. So, in that way, paying for delivery/setup had been worth it. But then the home delivery setup service became unavailable immediately that left me debating what to do as 57 pounds is too much for me, particularly when I read several reviewers stating they struggled to put the console on the arms, that the consoles received were sometimes the 'wrong' one.

An Amazon rep tried to help by suggesting other compact treadmills, but none of them fulfilled all the things I needed/wanted in a small electric treadmill as this one did. While amazon customer service rep could find ones that had the pneumatic kickstand fold down which I definitely required as being a senior I wasn't going to be risking my back by lowering regularly a treadmill, as having had a few treadmills over the years, I knew just what that weight could mean, and being in a super small space, I can only have a treadmill if I can fold it away each...

Robert McMinnRobert McMinn: I have been using the SereneLife SLFTRD18 for 2days and I believe it will prove to be a good product. For the price I am satisfied. Assembly was not difficult but the stand and handlebars were not an easy fit. I was nervous hand stretching the metal and customer service was not adequately responsive or helpful. I moved forward on my own and then found that the belt was not well centered. Adjusting was tricky and again, customer service, was "meh" at best. Promised emails never arrived. If the manual had been more descriptive about these potential issues that would have been helpful. I would not recommend this for anyone who is not fairly proficient at home assembly with minimal instruction. However, once I resolved all these issues the treadmill is operating well and I am optimistic it will get lots of use without problems in the future, The foldable portability is ok, but the unit is relatively light and compact for small apartments. I live on the second floor of a typical Queens, NY multi-family rental and I am impressed with the decent noise level. My wife is under 5" and working on her weight and it is good for her. AshMan: With being home a lot due to the pandemic, and with the kids being home as well and not having access to a PE field, we got this to help us keep active and the kids can keep active. I was worried this was not going to work well, but it had some pretty good reviews, and the price is really good. We ordered it and it came pretty quick. Setup was very simple, and we had it up and running with in minutes. The operation of the little computer is simple and to the point, no excessive displays or settings to go through. My wife and kids all picked up on how to get the machine going with little effort on their part.

The treadmill is on the smaller side, but thats a good thing for us, because we don't have a huge place, so this was easy to fit in against the wall and is out of the way.

The machine runs smooth and is fairly quiet. I love the fact that it does not make tons of noise. I've used treadmills before at friends or family, and this one is much more quiet than even some of the very expensive ones I have seen, and takes up much less space.

The belt drive is running well, has plenty of traction.

GiftMaster: Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1, is because it at least works.

Assembling it takes at least an hour, unless you are talented at doing stuff like that. It's heavy, so you need some muscle just to move it around when necessary.

It would be MUCH better if they made the entire thing foldable, to avoid assembly altogether. It already comes in a giant box (which is low quality, and almost broke by the time it arrived even though it only went through 1 day of shipping).

You know what I'm updating my review to only 1 star, because there is too much wrong with it.

The tightening knobs for the reader screen are missing. Thankfully, they aren't necessary, but it would be better to have them so the screen would be tight.

Maybe they are here somewhere, in this giant pile of cardboard, styrofoam, and plastic, most of which is unnecessary.

The arms are so close together that it's difficult to walk without holding them otherwise my arms rub against them when walking with them at my sides.

One good thing is the pulse reader actually works fast, in just a couple of seconds.
