Tim Snyder: It does the job. It's a pretty simply device and does what it's designed to do. The one thing that could use improvement is the mechanism to pull pins - it doesn't quite fit and trying to force it can scratch the bridge of the guitar.

Joe Bouler: I needed a bridge pin puller and figured this combination tool would be ideal. The bridge pin puller failed to remove a tight pin. Although the tool didn't break, the soft plastic stretched out of shape and slipped off the pin. The string winder was awkward to use since it was half of the handle for the string cutter. The string cutter works. I am very disappointed with this tool and don't recommend it.
I remember when you could buy a plastic combination string winder and bridge pin puller for 99 cents in most music stores and they worked perfectly. The price of these things has gotten ridiculous! If you buy one with a famous name such as D'addario or Dunlop, you're paying for their name. You know they didn't manufacture these things.

Juan: Does its job as well as the more expensive ones I've owned. Only potential issue is that it's so cheaply made that I'll have to replace it if my dog ever gets ahold of it. So I leave this one in my electric case since that is the guitar I usually play with live, and I leave the better quality one laying around my room to use with my acoustic.

RR: This thing broke while I was literally cutting THE SECOND string. I cannot believe a piece of rubbish like this cost 10+ dollars

Alex: It broke after cutting one string... it's very small and not convenient.
