ThunderDuck: I saw that another person mentioned this also, but the product seems like it could be easily bent to slip it off of the steering wheel. I have an old car that gets a lot of compliments. Therefore, I decided to try The Club as a deterent. It is not a solid fit on the steering wheel of my Toyota, and if forced enough, it looks like it could be slipped off with ease. I wish that the bars were bent a bit more to make it harder to slip off (even when tightened up as much as possible). I am keeping it but hopefully the name and visual of the product alone on my steering wheel will deter a low-level thief from attempting to steal my ride.

Zilla: I own a Kia vehicle and due to "challenges" posted to Tik Tok, people are breaking into Kia's to try & hot wire them using a USB cable.
Although my particular varient of vehicle isn't vulnerable to be started that way, because of the prolific "challenges", the attempt to start the car by alternative means causes damage to the plastic housing surrounding the steering wheel that causes replacement parts to be scarce and it is making them more expensive.
I ordered this double-prong version of The Club to act as a visual deterrent to stop anyone thinking about trying the "Kia challenge" on my vehicle. Because even if they managed to start it, they couldn't go anywhere but in a tight little circle.
It's a extra few steps of setting the wheels, placing & locking The Club every time I park, but the peace of mind knowing that I am deterring a break-in/car theft is reassuring.

Mrsthesun: We have a Kia Soul, so we thought we should take extra precautions. It’s easy to use and only takes a couple of seconds to put it on or take off. I just have to remember when I park, to have the steering wheel centered to put it on.

Stack⠀Overflow: The product description doesn't tell you this, but here's the difference between the yellow version and the black/gold version. According to The Club's Website (Winner International), the black/gold version has a "New & Improved Lock Housing for added strength." If you compare the pictures of both version, you will see that the black/gold version does indeed have a beefier lock housing than the one on the yellow version.
I wish the hooks were deeper, which would prevent the Club from being wiggled out of the steering wheel if the Club isn't extended to its absolute maximum length when locking the steering wheel. (I saw a YT video where a bunch of people were able to wiggle a The Club out of the steering wheel.) It takes some effort to extend it to its maximum length (the 4th notch on my steering wheel), but once it's in place at the maximum extended length, it would take a lot to get it out of the steering wheel -- enough to deter most thieves.
A thief can of course saw an opening to your steering wheel and remove The Club that way. The steering wheel is made of a relatively soft material that a hack saw can work its way through quite easily. But we're talking...
