Anne Brooker: I purchased this lock and after less than a year it quit working. It started whirring and the electric component died. After reaching out to the company and a lot of back and forth they replaced it with a new lock. I’m glad they replaced it. Let’s see if it keeps working!

ChicagoGrooves: After a simple install, this being my first lock change, I can tell you this thing is integrated into my life, my wife's my in-laws. But as a product it's not without its flaws - and i want to help people know what they get.
My two surprises:
- no fingerprint reader
- not wifi-enabled
- wife and i cant be logged into the app at the same time
The first is my mistake- the deadbolt-only version doesn't have a fingerprint reader. But as long as you know this, you'll be happy since you have 1) multiple passcode options 2) a key fob option and 3) an app option. Similarly, I think I just assumed all smart devices had wifi - it wasn't represented in the product page - and anyway now I think I like knowing that it's only openable by app within 2m Bluetooth range - anybody hacking in would be caught on my door camera. So - wifi is more secure - that's a benefit, how i see it.
The nearly unforgivable thing about this lock is that simple, repeatable actions don't always work to unlock it! The fob - it might not open on the first, or even second try! I hope I don't need to tell you how it feels to stand at your door wondering if you're locked out because of a...

Pab Barr: This lock looks nice and it feels nice and it does what is meant to do. You will need your Bluetooth on to do the setup along with the "sifely" app to put the code and activate the fob cards. The main lock installation was good and not that complicated.
The annoying and difficult part is the single metal latch that gets screwed on the wall to retain the lock.
When you lock the door, the bolt comes out and retracts when you unlock the lock.
The down side, is that you have to be very precise with the strike plate that gets attached to the door frame. If you are slightly off, the door will not lock. You will make a few attempts to get it right. By this time you will probable have made a few holes to you door wall frame.
The hole on the strike plate does not have any space for adjustment, so.. you will have to be precise with it.
I wish they would make the strike plate hole a bit bigger, instead of a tight fit.
It comes with 3 keys, at least mine did.
This will not connect to your wifi. You will need to buy a Sifely key router to be to unlock the door remotely. Which is sold separately.
Your only form of connection is via Bluetooth....
