Thomas C.Thomas C.: We make lots of bread and bagels in our house. I use this yeast as least once a week often more. I’ve been through three bags of this and I don’t think the quality or value can be matched. I’ve never had an issue with my dough not rising. The taste is great. Honestly I used to be a sourdough person but since I found this I haven’t used my sourdough starter. One bag arrived with the seal slightly open, I didn’t bother to return. The other two have arrived perfect.

Amber Kilburn: I tried throwing this yeast into my bread machine with the dry ingredients like I had seen in many recipes and it didn't work for me. I have recently been putting the yeast in warm milk or water with some sugar for 10 minutes prior to putting it in the bread machine and it has been working better, but not as well as I would have hoped.

I am no baker by any means, but it has definitely helped me have greater success overall than dry packets I got at the store
