connie: I researched nutritional yeast for health benefits and the importance of no fillers, and non fortifying. This was the brand that passed all tests. I took a spoonful and it was like a toasty cheesy taste. Not bad for the benefits this would give you. The second day, I knew after taking it, my body was going to reject it. Not because its an inferior product, not at all. This is top notch as far as nutritional yeast, its me and all my sensitivities and unfortunately yeast is still an issue. I gave it 5 stars for flavor, value and freshness because it most certainly is. Will revisit this again when I can resolve my own issues.

Amazon Customer: non-fortified, so better than artificially fortified ones, as it is natural then. Tastes good. Ordered it twice before. Would like to order again. However, the price has seen steep jump from $45 in May 2023 to $60 in Sep 2023, which is a bad idea by the company. I guess I need to find alternative now.

Shui Sang Kong-Lee: The reasons for 4 stars is that I use this for just a little more than a week. If this would make and difference in my health is still too early to tell. I did not like the taste at the beginning. I started with very small amount and gradually increase. It took me a couple of days to get used to it. Now I completely ok and start to like it. It just takes time.
