g man: I made a target and bought these axes. The axes are great and have held up well for several hundred throws. The knives on the other hand are not great. The tips of the knives have bent easily. The axes have held up to some serious mistreatment.

Jim: This set is a lot of fun not only for me but the wife also. She outlined a human silhouette on the boards we throw at. So we make a game out of it. What surprised me was the knifes. They were a nice bonus along with the cases. All and all we both have missed the boards and they have bounced of quite a bit of stuff and so far just a couple knicks on the blades. They come out easily enough when touching the blades up, so no big deal. Our take , and we’re not professionals, good set for someone just looking to have fun and thats us. The hatchets are easier for us to stick. But we’re both getting better either the knives. I’m thinking of getting another set.

Haven't thrown them yet, but the sheath is a disaster. Most are these days. Those kids in the sweat shop need to step up their sewing game a few notches.: Only complaint I have is that the hatchet sheath is pretty shoddy. The hatchets are exactly what I expected. The knives are sleek & sharp but kinda fragile, so if you're of average skill like myself, you may want to start with short distance throws.
