Gilbert Lavery: Tried different "C" batteries and still does not work. Not very happy with this purchased.

Linda: The bank would not work, am in the process of trying to get a refund. However, the company sent just a bar code with no lable - Fred Ex sent it off but it has not reached its destination. I can not get a live person on the phone.

Edgar Gonzalez: Every time I have change in my pockets, I'll throw it in my jar. After it fills, I put them through the coin sorter and sleeve them up. Sort of a hassle that I have to separate the dimes. All other coins run smoothly just the dimes get stuck.

william mcfaul: not big enough

greg: A huge disappointment...put a few coins in and machine quit...dimes jammed inside it...used needle nose players to get them out. Dimes were coming out penny hole, so I had to switch coin sleeves. Jammed constantly, so I decided to use coin holders and put in coins by hand. Called manufacturers and they said to return to Amazon...junk junk junk...do not waste your money ...so very disappointed

cactus: Not worth the money! I found this machine to jam frequently when several coins are dumped into the hopper at once. It consistently jams after about 5-8 coins. By feeding the coins in one-at-a-time, it doesn't jam as frequently but it does still jams--probably every 15-20 coins. Pliers are necessary to pull the jammed coins loose in order to continue. The accuracy is good; it mis-sorted only 2 coins in a batch of over $50. It's a little faster than rolling by hand but not a lot.

shayne: Easy to use

CarrieK: The video is extremely misleading. This is battery operated. I could not get one of the batteries in without muscling it with a screw driver. The clear coin tubes arrived scratched. The coins do not sort property. Pennies in dimes and dimes in pennies. The dimes get sideways caught in the sorter -struggled getting four of them out before I quit. Bad for arthritic hands. You cannot use the tubes without ordering the containers and you have no idea how many coins are inside. In this case - cheap is NOT good - and you get what you pay for. Waste of my morning. BAD PRODUCT! Go to coin star sorter kiosks or buy an expensive sorter instead!

rgilltn: Purchased this to facilitate wrapping an assortment of coins we accumulated over a few years - $125 of assorted coins. It is a cheaply made machine but for the price I didn't expect some of swiss watch grade. The instructions that come with the machine leave a lot to be desired. Couple of things to beware of with this machine.

It absolutely does not like dealing with dimes. The physical size of the coin causes it to jam frequently - so much that we wound up eliminating them from our wrapping and doing them manually. The jams are not easily fixed.

Coins have to be fed slowly into the hopper. Just dumping a handful of coins into the hopper is a recipe for disaster. Dribbling them in a few at a time works well except for dimes as noted above. This makes it a slow process. Took us about 2 hours to complete our job.

The machine loves batteries. We completely exhausted one set of batteries and the last set are on their final legs.

This is not a true "coin counter" type machine. It just continues to sort the coins until it is empty. When a wrapper is full, excess coins just spit out of the chutes and go everywhere. Takes some...

John Vermette: I need one for a while. I had $500 to sort, doing it by hand would have been hours. This sorter took maybe half an hour. I give it only 4 stars cause the dimes get caught once in a while. I was thinking maybe it was my Canadian dimes. Still a good buy
