Stan B.Stan B.: The media could not be loaded. The first couple of rolls I did, it wasn't too easy and I didn't add enough quarters to make a full $10 roll. Always make sure the coins are lying flat inside the tube or your count will be wrong. After I made the video and "rolled" the rest of my bag of coins I got the hang of it and it was quite easy to do.
When you go to insert the wrapper, make sure that the coin slot is facing downwards. I don't know why it works better that way, but it does. For the price of this device, it is so well worth it. Over going to my bank and having them charge me for rolling my coins or one of those devices you see at the stores that charge you so much to just count them. After a few tries and heck you may even be better than me and pick it up immediately. Novice or Pro, this is a really great way to roll your own coins.

D G L: I thought these were nearly useless, then this happened . . . I had a difficult time getting the pennies, nickels and dimes to get into the paper rolls, and felt it failed to meet my expectations. A friend who uses a similar design showed me his technique, and it worked. I do not like that the plastic tubes are a sold color, it is impossible to tell if a coin was lodged on its edge, giving the impression when loading the coins, you have reached a full level, when in fact it is not the correct amount. OK, add coins slowly, tube on an angle. Next insert the coin wrapper into the holder to transfer the coins from the coin holder into the paper roll. Using new rolls, as provided with this order, slowly rotate the fully opened paper roll into the tube while shaking the coin filled tube on an angle. The paper roll will drop into the plastic tube, then invert the tube with the coins in the paper rolls. Worked every time.

Shawna Ralls: Only reason didn’t get a 5 star rating is because it didn’t come with any instructions. Had to go back to the original spot where it’s advertised and watch that video to see how it works. But having said that it is very sturdy and will help in the years to come.

Sorting my coins into 4 bowls while having a vodka tonic took 35 minutes. And every once in awhile, it sounded like the beginning of the Pink Floyd song while I was sorting …THERAPY….This kit with tax was $10.64
And when you sort them by hand, when using this kit, you are sorting and sifting them again, so you are double checking yourself….
If you get a feel for it rolling coins, IT WORKS GREAT! Fast! I Loved it! Make sure you don’t automatically trust the ‚line‘ on the funnels, count a few and load them and THEN go from there. BTW, dimes seem to be harder to get into the ,rolls‘ than all the others….
Started rolling the 2540 coins at 4pm, finished by around 4:45, so 45 minutes….
