Krissi Barber: It is a great thing to have, I do notice it takes a minute sometimes for it to recognize what coin you put it, there is a delay from time to time. But I have had it for a good bit of time now and it works good overall.

Dustin Riedemann: this definitely works as advertised, just be aware its very cheaply made and the counting lid is hit and miss. so don't count on that bein g100% accurate. but for a simple 'piggy bank' its perfect to store money.

Antonio Arregal.: Pues Jumbo no está! Pensé que estana mucho más grande. Se me hace pequeño. De jumbo no tiene nada.

Brandan S: This thing is ok holds more then the one I use to use, the only problem I have with it is that it does not count Canadian currency correct so toonies don’t get counted but the plus side you can just fix it with the plus or minus Buttons

BKLYNNYBKLYNNY: I love this coin jar and when I think of all the random change I've disregarded, I want to kick myself for not having one sooner. First, let me say that I am in my 50's and you would think that having achieved this wise old age, I would already know, or have been taught, that every penny counts. But alas, coin counting is new to me in this era of COVID. This Jumbo-sized counter is the newest entry into my home. The gripping handle is perfect for anyone that knows how uncomfortable it can be to lug a 5-10 pound bag of anything without a carrier. It is mostly accurate (In beginning I took change out to manually count as quality check) though coins don't always go in smoothly and so I sometimes worry about auto double-counting during coin insertion. My only con is one echoed by another reviewer and that is that the jar is not actually a clear and transparent plastic but opaque which would have been a nice touch. Then again, maybe the thicker, less clear plastic is more durable? Great buy either way.

Fred: When pushing a coin into the counter, be sure to insert the coin all the way in a single push. The value of each coin is determined by the diameter of the coin. It’s possible to partially insert a coin and have it counted as a denomination of a smaller size. For example: partially inserting a quarter could register as a nickel, a penny or a dime - depending on how far the measuring device was moved during the partial insertion.
Scenario:
Push a coin part way into the slot,
Let it come back out a little,
Then push it all the way through.
Likely result:
Depending on how far the coin is inserted before it backs out,
it will register as if a coin was actually inserted during the partial entry,
then count the correct value of the coin when it’s fully inserted.

I was entering a pile of quarters. I had several quarters in my hand and was “thumbing” them into the slot. At one point, I had a bit more resistance than usual and the quarter popped up, just a little, then I pushed it in the rest of the way. The first time, it counted the quarter as 35 cents. The first push moved the bar far enough to register a dime, then counted the quarter as it dropped...
