Anisa: I could not put that book down whatsoever! Christina now has to be one of my favourite authors. I loved this book so much and it was perfect for a summer read.

Brittany Patterson: I was skeptical when I read some not so great reviews but I loved this. It had the comedy, it had the romance, and it had the banter with just enough drama to make it fun and entertaining. I’d totally recommend. Also the spice level is very low - if you’re looking for a contemporary romance without the extra stuff, this is a great pick.

PB: I absolutely loved this book! I’m glad it lived up to the hype. It was such a funny and light easy read it was hard to put the book down.
I laughed out loud every time Ethan called Olive a different name throughout the book.
This story was about twin sisters but based mostly on Olive’s life. Olive has terrible luck in life where as her sister Ami has the best luck of all. Olive takes Ami’s honeymoon vacation with her Ami’s brother in law Ethan, who Olive despises. They run into few obstacles on their vacation and learn how to tolerate each other. The rest is history and for you to read! I definitely recommend reading this book if you want a good laugh.

I read this book in one sitting and absolutely loved it! It was such a fun, easy read with engaging characters and great pacing. The plot was predictable, but the way that Ethan and Olive were written, made me enjoy it immensely despite that fact. Ans smile for almost the whole book at their banter.
Ethan is the grumpy brother of Olive’s twin sister Ami’s fiancé, and they have never seemed to get along. But when disaster strikes at Ami’s wedding, Olive and Ethan must go on Ami’s honeymoon together or let it go to waste. Once they get to beautiful Hawaii, they learn more about each other and suddenly the pretend honeymoon starts to feel real.
I loved the enemies to lovers trope in this, and combined with fake dating and a gruff hero who isn’t good with his words, this was the literal trifecta of perfect tropes. I also have never read a book where I related more to the main female character, so Olive is on my list of favorites! (And my husband is basically Ethan, down to the math-related job and fear of buffets 😂)
This one was less spicy than I usually read, but I didn’t find myself...

Review:
I binged this book pretty much in 2 days🫠 I took it to the commonwealth games with me (I’m pretty sure there’s footage of me at the gymnastics reading this book🙂 oh and I read it standing up at the end of the marathon because my attention span is 0.2seconds long and I needed to do something🤐
Anyway I loved this book! Olive and Ethan are so cute like omfgggg we have a hot nerdy book boyfriend and that gives me life🫠 the way they squabble reminds me of Mr Boyfriend and me (it’s squabbling with angst and only occurs when you’re comfortable with the person, the sexual tension🥵)
Dane us a JERK and would never deserve Ami in 100 lifetimes and that makes me sad because he had the audacity to think he could get away with it?!?!? I knew...

I completely and thoroughly enjoyed this book. Literally gobbled it up *crunch crunch*. It was a HILARIOUS read, had me cracking up every other page. Their banter was just amazing and funny. The book definitely had me hooked from the first line of the first page. I honestly did not think I will enjoy this book to this extent. Having read this authors's other book, "Love and other words" and having seen such intenseness in it, this was a pleasant read, which left with a smile on my face at the end.
This book had the enemies-to-lovers trope nailed to the hook. I mean there was always attraction between these two simmering deep down, but had kept from acting on it because of the misconceptions they had of one another. But once, everything was out in the open - it all blasted out and they burned for each other. Truly, it was amazing to read these two embrace their attraction, affection and adoration. But having said that, it was clean romance book (not that I don't enjoy some steamy, spicy read, bevause I absolutely do - that is love smut; just FYI, in case you thought otherwise ;) *cough cough*).
So we have 4 pairs in this book, although...

Gemma - Read A Book Gem: This was a brilliant summer read that was well paced, funny and with just the right amount of cheesiness.
I liked both the characters of Olive and Ethan and their surface-level dislike of each other was believable and portrayed well. I was curious to get to the root of their mutual dislike, which you know all along masks deeper feelings, and I thought the reveal of this was handled very well. Much of their relationship is based on banter and humorous jibes at each other which I have seen done very badly in other books so it was a welcome change to see interactions that were genuinely amusing and appropriate for the nature of the characters.
I only have two criticisms of the book that stopped me giving it 5 stars. Firstly, the plot had a tendency to take things a step too far. For example, the food poisoning that affects all the wedding guests and prevents the bride and groom going on their honeymoon was believable. However, the inclusion of the food poisoning being caused by a rare bacteria that would make all the guests unwell for weeks on end was unlikely and unnecessary. Similarly, Olive bumping into her new boss on holiday was just about believable, but also...
